I retain the intellectual property rights and copyright of my works. I have the right to perform and use my work as I want to (self-promotion, posting, etc.) may the work be under my full name, Kindred Zia or Zia.GENERAL:
- I have the right to decline any project/commission and slots will not be first come, first serve.
- I accept art commissions thru email & via VGen or Ko-fi

- I may use commercially licensed, copyright-free and/or educational materials, assets and/or tools from Clip Studio Paint. Additionally, I will not copy or heavily reference unauthorized materials.
- Please keep in mind that since I am striving to improve my art style continuously, there can be differences between the examples I provide and the finished product of the commissioned work. I will strive to perform to the best of my ability in good faith and warrants the work is 100% original according to my knowledge.
- For Personal use (i.e. display icons, wallpapers, headers, phone/desktop wallpapers): delivery time would require 1-week minimum from the day you paid and may take up to 5 weeks depending on each project.
- For Commercial use (streaming/streams, videos, giveaway use, prints, loading screen/ wallpapers, and unlockable content. I will charge +50% of the base price and delivery time will be doubled as well (1 to 2 months) to ensure quality work): the deadline for the project should be at least 2 months from the date of discussion.
- If there is a possibility that I can comply early, then I will inform you. Likewise, if there are any delays and adjustments to the timeline, I will also inform you.
- I do not accept rush orders. The commissioner (especially if streamer) should plan launches and streams accordingly.
- To avoid burnout from everything I am doing, I take breaks by doing non-commission art and writing my stories. Rest assured that if I am working with you, I am doing your commission within the time frame stated above.REGARDING PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:
- For international customers, payment in USD is available through Paypal.
- For Filipino customers, I will only accept payments in PHP through GCash & BPI. This will only be entertained if local clients do not have a VGen account or Paypal.
- Full payment upfront.
- I accept a 60% downpayment for commercial commissions.
- Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.
- Once work has begun and payments have been made, you acknowledge that the work and deliverables are digital only and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.
- Client warrants they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.REFUNDS
- STRICTLY NO REFUND after the sketch is finalized and approved. I will only accommodate refunds if it is an emergency. It will also be given if I am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons.
- If I cannot complete work or there are delays for unforeseen reasons, commissioner may be eligible for a full refund. If work done up to this point is accepted and used by the commissioner, I will provide a partial refund only.IMPORTANT
- I have the full rights to post the commission work on my platforms that are for Personal use. For commercial use, let me know beforehand if you do not want me to post any details about your commission.
- Do not claim my work as your own and you must credit me using my social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the work or permanently on your websites, social media profiles, and so on.
- You will receive .PNG files of the final product in various versions (with a trademark for when you post it in public, without a trademark for your personal use, and one with a transparent background.)
- Do NOT sell, reproduce or redistribute the artwork. I do not allow my art to be used in NFTs, cryptocurrency-related avenues, and anything AI-related. Do not feed my work into AI. Edits without my prior knowledge and consent are also not allowed.
- Credits are required and appreciated if you will post it and use it on social media.
- Failure to read the Terms of Service will result in declined commission. By requesting and purchasing the commission, you agree to these terms.
