TERMS OF SERVICE

I retain the intellectual property rights and copyright of my works. I have the right to perform and use my work as I want to (self-promotion, posting, etc.) may the work be under my full name, Kindred Zia or Zia.IMPORTANT TERMS:
- I have the right to decline any project/commission and slots will not be first come, first serve.
- I only accept art commissions via VGen: https:vgen.co/Zia

- For graphics design commissions: email me at [email protected]
- As much as possible, provide image references for the character and the additional details you described that you want to see especially if they are complex or difficult to describe in words (expression, pose, clothing type, etc). Provide clear references and details of your character/s. Commissions from description only will NOT be accepted.
- For Personal use: delivery time would require 1-week minimum from the day you paid and may take up to 5 weeks depending on each project. Please refer to the Important* section on each commission type to see specific lead times on each type.
- For Commercial use: the deadline for the project should be at least 2 months from the date of discussion.
- I do not accept rush orders.
- To avoid burnout from everything I am doing, I take breaks by doing non-commission art and writing my stories. Rest assured that if I am working with you, I am doing your commission within the time frame stated above.
- Max 2 revisions are allowed.
- Please keep in mind that since I am thriving to improve my art style continuously, there can be differences between the examples I provide and the finished product of the commissioned work.
- These commissions are strictly for PERSONAL use only. (i.e. display icons, wallpapers, headers, phone/desktop wallpapers).
- I am open to working on projects or comms for commercial use but we will need to discuss this further. (I will charge 2x the price I have for personal use and the deadline for the project should be at least 2 months from the date of discussion)
- Failure to read the Terms of Service will result in declined commission. By requesting and purchasing the commission, you agree to these terms.REGARDING PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:
- For international customers, payment in USD is available through Paypal.
- For Filipino customers, I will only accept payments in PHP through GCash & BPI. This will only be entertained if local clients do not have a VGen account or Paypal.
- Full payment upfront is needed before I start working on the sketch.
- I accept a 60% downpayment for commercial commissions.
- Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.
- Once work has begun and payments have been made, you acknowledge that the work and deliverables are digital only and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.
- Client warrants they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.
- STRICTLY NO REFUND after the sketch is finalized and approved. I will only accommodate refunds if it is an emergency. It will also be given if I am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons.
- I have the full rights to post the commission work on my platforms that are for Personal use. For commercial use, let me know beforehand if you do not want me to post any details about your commission.
- You will receive .PNG files of the final product in various versions (with a trademark for when you post it in public, without a trademark for your personal use, and one with a transparent background.)
- Do NOT sell, reproduce or redistribute the artwork. I do not allow my art to be used in NFTs, cryptocurrency-related avenues, and anything AI-related. Edits without my prior knowledge and consent are also not allowed.
- Credits are required and appreciated if you will post it and use it on social media.
